Having Secondary Level Education, joined KTM (Malayan Railway) and served the Railway Engineering division for 20 years. Armed with extensive Railway Engineering knowledge, founded RC Asia Engineering Sdn Bhd in 2001 and served as Technical Director handling and managing the operations and construction of Railway Engineering works for last 20 years. The extensive experience in Railway Engineering Management, Operation and Construction facilitated the achieving of a Professional Diploma In Engineering from Oxford Business College, Oxford UK.

Work Experience Background

Acted as Technical Director providing technical inputs in our greenfield and brownfield Electrified Double Track Projects namely, Rawang to Ipoh (400Km), Seremban to Gemas (200Km), Ipoh to Padang Besar (600Km). Followed by Track Rehabilitation project for KTMB such as Kerdau to Sg. Yu (150Km), Rembau to Seremban (25KM), Padang Rengas to Butterworth (75Km). And successfully delivered more than 300KM of track rectification and emergency work for KTMB. Participation in Urban Railway engineering construction for the Kelana Jaya extension line with Colas Rail, MRT-(1) for MMC-Gamuda JV, MRT-(2) for Gadang Engineering and Kelana Jaya maintenance work for Bombardier provided valuable and in-depth know-how of the urban railway engineering sector. Besides managing the Technical Portfolio, the building of RC Asia Engineering into a competent and formidable player in the local Railway Engineering Industry could not have been realized without strengthening my capabilities in managing all areas of the Business namely Project Costing, Project Management, Project Operation, Financial Management and Business Development.
