Obtained Bachelor of Arts (Honours) majoring in Sociology from University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and embarked in Post graduate studies culminating in a Diploma in Human Resources from Business Strategic School. Have approximately 27 years of working experience ranging from Middle Level Administration, Operations to Senior Management. Managing Human Resources and Administration, Safety and Environment and Company’s Finance, Project Management and Daily Operations. Current designation is Operations Director which require me to Manage Office duties as well as Project Management and Marketing.

Work Experience Background

Vast experience in Office Administration and Management, Project Management, Financial Control, Human Resources Management, Business Development and Operations at Senior Management Level. Acted as Operations Director in our greenfield and brownfield Electrified Double Track Projects namely, Rawang to Ipoh (400Km), Seremban to Gemas (200Km), Ipoh to Padang Besar (600Km). Followed by Track Rehabilitation project for KTMB such as Kerdau to Sg. Yu (150Km), Rembau to Seremban (25KM), Padang Rengas to Butterworth (75Km). And together with the Technical team, successfully delivered more than 300KM of track rectification and emergency work for KTMB. Participation in Urban Railway engineering construction for the Kelana Jaya extension line with Colas Rail and MRT (1) for MMC-Gamuda JV, MRT-(2) for Gadang Engineering and Kelana Jaya maintenance work for Bombardier provided valuable and in-depth know-how of the urban railway engineering sector. Besides managing the Operations and Administrative Portfolio, the building of RC Asia Engineering into a competent and formidable player in the local Railway Engineering Industry could not have been realized without strengthening my capabilities in managing certain key areas of the Business namely Project Costing, Project Management, Project Operation, Financial Management and Business Development.
